Description of the AI Solution
Alphabase built Zaplead using state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies, incorporating multiple Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), Autogen frameworks with streaming endpoints, graph databases, Supabase for training data storage, an API gateway for load balancing, and cloud infrastructure.
Implementation Process
The implementation began with a meeting between Alphabase and the Zaplead product team to understand the product idea and key performance indicators (KPIs). Alphabase assembled a dedicated team consisting of a product manager, an AI engineer, and a backend developer. The team planned biweekly releases in close collaboration with the client.
Challenges and Solutions
Alphabase faced challenges in finding the right LLM for Zaplead and dealing with timeout issues on Vercel Cloud. Through experimentation with multiple LLMs, Alphabase identified the best fit for Zaplead.
